• Post code and house number;

• Telephone number;
• Whether or not you own a house (in the case of a free proposal).

Purposes

• We process your personal data for various purposes (partly depending on which services you use):
• To make you an appropriate offer to buy solar panels;
• To be able to contact and maintain contact with you;
• To monitor and improve our services;
• To provide service by rectifying the problem and/or dealing with complaints.

Lawful Basis

• Agreement: we process your personal information so we can close an agreement with you and/or perform the agreement.
• Legitimate interest: we process your personal information if it’s necessary based on legitimate interest. This is the case for marketing purposes.

Storage location
We process your personal information on our website and in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Retention period
The personal information in the configurator on the website will be kept for 90 days. If we have made you an offer, which you decide not to accept, we will delete your personal data from our website automatically within 6 months.

Third parties
We only obtain your data through our website and the information you have left there. We use Whatsapp and Zendesk (Chatbot) on our website. You are not obliged to share your data with these parties. If you have a question or complaint, you may also call or email our customer service team directly (see contact information). If you share your details via Whatsapp, the privacy terms of this party apply.

If you have completed a form via our Facebook page, the privacy statement of Facebook also applies to the processing of your personal data.
