Soly does not make decisions based on automated data processing. Our decisions are always made by employees.

Verification of identity
To establish that the request is made by the right person, we first ask you to establish your identity. After all, it is your data that should not simply fall into someone else’s hands. Please contact privacy@soly-energy.co.uk.
Term
Soly will respond to individual rights requests within one month, should this timeframe be required to be extended – i.e. in scenarios where the request is complex, then you will be notified in advance of the one month deadline.

Soly places, only with your permission, cookies in your web browser. Click on ‘cookie statement’ in our footer for our cookie statement and what we do with this data. You can also change your cookie settings on that page.
Social Media and Google Analytics

Soly uses social media to present our work. You can access Soly’s accounts on social media platforms directly from our website. In order to protect your privacy, our social media buttons or components to connect to those services do not set cookies when our web pages are loaded on your device, nor are you immediately redirected to social media websites.
Each social media channel has their own policy on the way they process your personal data when you access their sites.
If you have any concerns or questions about their use of your personal data, please carefully read their privacy policies before using them. The use of social media by Soly, including Instagram and LinkedIn, does not in any way imply an endorsement of Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and/or their privacy policy.
The ideas and views expressed by Soly on social media, are for information purposes only. No communication through social media shall be deemed to constitute legal or official notice on behalf of Soly. Being followed by Soly on Socials does not imply an endorsement of any kind. Soly reserves the right to not reply individually to messages or comments received on social media. Soly reserves the right to delete messages with harmful content such as sexist, racist, violent or hateful information.
Google Analytics
Soly uses Google Analytics. You can read more about this in our cookie statement (see footer). Here you can also disable tracking by Google Analytics. We follow the advice given by the Dutch Authority regarding privacy-safe settings of Google Analytics by organisations. Soly also uses IP anonymisation. This means that Soly is not able to track your IP address.
Technical and organisational measures
At Soly, we think it is important that your personal information is protected. We protect your information by taking technical and organisational measures, for example: Multi-Factor Authentication. These measures are regularly evaluated and updated when necessary.
We are certified members of The Home Insulation and Energy Systems Quality Assured Contractors Scheme (HIES) therefore we share your personal data with HIES in order to register the job.
The data includes the customer name and address along with information about the installation work which has been undertaken.
